Tu \u00e9changes avec ton entourage, tu \u00e9coutes les conseils, tu avances comme pr\u00e9vu. Mais \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur, c\u2019est parfois plus instable. Il peut y avoir des moments de doute, des mont\u00e9es d\u2019angoisse, ou simplement une sensation diffuse que quelque chose t\u2019inqui\u00e8te sans que tu arrives vraiment \u00e0 mettre des mots dessus. Ce d\u00e9calage est tr\u00e8s fr\u00e9quent. Et c\u2019est justement parce qu\u2019il n\u2019est pas exprim\u00e9 qu\u2019il peut devenir plus pesant. La peur reste l\u00e0, sans espace pour sortir. Pourquoi essayer de \u201cne pas avoir peur\u201d ne fonctionne pas On entend souvent qu\u2019il faut se d\u00e9tendre, ne pas y penser, faire confiance. Sur le papier, \u00e7a semble logique. Dans la r\u00e9alit\u00e9, \u00e7a ne fonctionne pas. La peur ne dispara\u00eet pas parce que tu d\u00e9cides qu\u2019elle ne devrait pas \u00eatre l\u00e0. Au contraire, plus tu cherches \u00e0 la repousser, plus elle revient. Parce qu\u2019elle a une fonction. Elle te signale que quelque chose te semble incertain, flou, ou hors de contr\u00f4le. Tant que ce flou reste pr\u00e9sent, ton corps et ton mental restent en alerte. Ce n\u2019est pas un manque de capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 g\u00e9rer. C\u2019est un m\u00e9canisme normal.
